ABOUT Hugo La France:
Hugo is a former show dog who won many prizes, under a different name. I adopted him when he was two from a lady who didn't want him anymore. Hard to believe, I know. He was so happy to find a loving home where he could roam free instead of living in a small cage where he had blisters on his knuckles from curling them under all the time. It took me a while to show him he didn't need to sleep that way anymore. He is the most affectionate, comical dog I have ever had. He loves everybody, even burglars, and just wants to play and kiss you! His adorable personality matches his lovable looks. But he is a real ham too: he LOVES to be the center of attention, LOVES to have his picture taken, LOVES to act silly and be funny and make faces and weird noises! And the more you egg him on, the more he will do. I could write a book... and maybe I will!

Hi Hugo, I am saddened to hear about your dad's condition getting worse. It is scary to me to think of my paws not working when I want them to. Your dad sounds like such an extremely strong man. I am soo inspired by him and how he keeps on, keeping on.... if that makes any sense. Please tell your dad I am sending prayers his way and a big paw hug with tail wags and wet doggie kisses . It never fails, every time I do these things to my mom she can not help but smile and hug me back so I hope you can feel the virtual hugs, kisses, and wags and I can make you smile too. Hey, I know that exact look your talking about.... I use it often, you know the " not gonna" look. I cant explain why I use it, I am not trying to be disobedient. Just cant help myself sometimes, soo much better things to look at, listen to, and sniff on the floor other than look up at mom and do what she says. BOL. I will heed your advice and do the best I can this weekend at the show. Hope I do well. I meet the new little frenchie that is in my class tonight and he is pretty obedient. A real cutie just like you Hugo. Oh, I guess I should say handsome. I think I will have a new friend in him. I better get going, sleepy dreams are calling. Hello Hugo my friend. Have not been around lately so thought I would drop by and see how you've been. How's your dad doing? All's well here except I am a bit down over my loss of my friend Nova. Mom has been a bit down lately too. I think she has been allowing herself to be lonely, Isnt that silly. I am always with her, except when she leaves the house and does not take me with her, so how could she be lonely with me And my aunt Sammy dog around, ya know. Funny how human folks are. She has been taking me to Rally Obedience classes lately and even rally run thru classes and really wants me to do good cause we have a Rally O show next weekend. I try my hardest but keep getting distracted by other things and that darn floor. if my legs werent so short perhaps it would be easier to resist all the good sniffs down at my foot. lol. Anyway, enough about our stuff, whats been happening over your way? Oh, one more thing, we are getting a little french bulldog in our training class, should be fun cause I love you guys.

Hugo, thank you for your thoughts. Hugo, right now I would worry more about Louise, if those puppies took after their Mommy ALL of Rainbow Fields have been in trouble for some time now. It is okay. Thank you again.....how about I give you a bone instead of the cake? There are tables FULL of goodies for everyone!
Hugo, I have always heard that chocolate was bad for doggies. but every dog I have EVER been owned by has eatten it and nothing bad ever happaned. But just to make sure there is also a "Doggy friendly' one LOL! hugs and Thank You!
