ABOUT Maggie:
Hello, my name is Maggie. I am an elderly lady, but very young at heart. I have a sister, Ciara, who is very young and needs a lot of guidance. She is always getting into trouble and although I try to cover up and take the blame, our mom knows the truth. We don't know anything about my background because my mom found me when I was just a pup (3 to 5 months old) under a MAC/ATM machine. She tells me it was raining really hard and that I was all curled up in a ball, shaking. I looked up at her with these really big eyes (which I still have) that showed how scared I was. It took her some time to gain my confidence, but she didn't give up, and I sniffed her and moved close to her. She took me to her car, dryed me off and wrapped me in a blanket. Mom brought me home, and introduced me to my (dearly departed - last photo) sister/best friend, Molly, who mom said was her "ANGEL". Molly took me under her wing and patiently taught me all the right things, just like I'm trying REALLY, REALLY hard to teach Ciara. I have been with mom for a long time and have a great life and a lot of love. Mom calls me "Princess" Maggie (because I went from rags to riches). I could not have been any luckier.

I'm so glad you're having a good time. I am too. How about a nice quite evening at home. I got a great new tug-of-war toy, if you feel like it later. Hope you like chicken, mom's making us coq au vin, my fav!! I can't believe you caught that ball last night! Home run hit by Mooreland. You know he's headed to the Rangers in TX. Woohoo! Glad you thought to bring your glove! That was wicked cool!! Now you have a souvenir to take back home! Sweet! Love and kisses!! Livy
Hi Maggie, sounds like you are having a great time with Olivia! Thank you for being so sweet and understanding. I have thought of one good thing about getting old, and that one thing is getting SPOILED! My mom gives me special horse food that's easy to chew and tastes really good. I've had some health problems and she and The Vet want me to gain some weight (I was a strappin' dude back in the day). She worries and fusses over me--Ali Marie and Snuffer are some jealous, but, in truth, she spoils them too (they just won't admit it). Sounds like our moms have a lot in common--their HUGE love for us animals! My mom says she always wanted a horse but she was never able to have one until she was "older"--LOTS older. And sometimes she says she's learned to "be careful what you wish for!" But I know she's kidding--she'd rather be with us than with most people (she said that, too). Well, gotta go for now, say hi to all your friends for me, Love, your friend, Don
Oh gosh Mags, you're just the sweetest! When we went downtown today to see where the Murrah Building used to be and now the museum stands, you said a little prayer at the reflecting pool and we took a little nap under the survivor tree. That was sad we couldn't go into the museum but we got to see pictures. Hope your having a good time. Tonight, a river boat ride and a ballgame! HOTDOGS AND NACHOS!!
Hi Maggie, I guess I just called you Molly--I had just read her story and seen her picture, too. She was beautiful I hope you won't be mad at me for calling you by her name (something tells me you won't be)--I am old and can be forgetful, but I love your sweet face and hope we will be good friends.
Molly, when I read your story my eyes got all misty (don't know what that's all about,)--you are a lucky and a beautiful girl.
