ABOUT Charlie:
I am a pure-bred Shih Tzu with a very positive outlook on life. I almost died of pneumonia, and would have if they left me at the pet shop, but they couldn't just leave me there so they took me to the doc and cared for me for over a month. Today, I'm healthy and happy as can be. I like chewy toys (even though I go through 1 per day), and puppy snacks. I love having my hair brushed and combed, and then putting on my bandana to go out visiting. Fetch and tug-of-war are my favorite games. I respond best to the following commands: 1) "Kissies" (I give my family & friends kisses); and 2) "Leash" (so I can go outside and do my business. If I can't wait to hear "Leash", I just bark at the front door and they take me outside... sometimes I just feel like hanging outside so I bark and pretend I have to pee-pee (tee hee hee). I'm quite a little bugger!

I have lots of friends, but my girlfriend's name is Coco. I attached a few pics of us together so you all can see how perfect we are for each other. She is part poodle/part Shih Tzu. She is a two months younger than me, but the age difference has not been a problem so far. We like to wrestle and chase each other around. As soon as we are grown up enough, I hope that we will get married : ) When Coco is not available, I cheat on her with the nearest furry toy which is usually an old pillow that I named Lucy. I also recently took to humping things in front of our front door which is made of glass so all the neighbors can see. I guess I'm a bit of an exhibitionist.
