ELIGIBILITY

The Thunderdome is a head-to-head competition where the most popular pets battle to win prizes. This competition is open to U.S. residents only in the continental 48 states. You must be 18 years of age to qualify for prizes. In addition, staring in 2011, only one pet per household will be able to compete in each Thunderdome.
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Void where prohibited. To enter, create a Cuteness account and create a pet profile for your pet. Profiles can be created at any time but to be eligible for the Thunderdome, your profile must be created by at least 1 week before the start of the first Thunderdome round. All votes must be submitted by the closing date of the applicable Thunderdome round. Cuteness is not responsible for lost, misdirected, or delayed profiles or votes. Only online votes will be accepted. To give more pets the chance to compete in the Thunderdome competition, pets may only participate in the Thunderdome once per calendar year.

HOW TO ENTER

Create a Cuteness account and create a pet profile for your pet. Vote for your pet to increase their Cuteness Rating. Tell friends and family to vote for your pet's Cuteness Rating. The more people who vote for your pet, the more chances your pet will have to participate in the Thunderdome.

WINNER SELECTION

The number of votes will determine the winner in each of the 5 Thunderdome rounds.

WINNER NOTIFICATION

Winners will be notified via email and may be required to return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release From Liability and Publicity. Winners may be issued an IRS 1099 tax form for the actual retail value of the prizes.

COMPETITION RULES

• The competition is open to residents located in the 48 contiguous United States who are at least 18 years of age. Identification must be produced on request. Employees of Cuteness and contest sponsors are excluded from this contest.
• Your main photo image cannot be altered by a program like Photoshop.
• Your main photo image cannot contain multiple pets.
• No fake pets allowed. We reserve the right to remove any pets from the competition for any reason whatsoever.
• Prizes are not redeemable for cash.
• Decisions of the contest judges are final. Winners will be selected based on the number of votes given by the Cuteness community. Within each round, votes can be cast once every 24 hours. Rounds will last 7 days.
• By claiming the prize(s), the winner accepts and authorizes the use of their profile information (including name, location, photos, and videos) without additional compensation in various online and offline promotional and marketing material at Cuteness's sole discretion.
• In accepting the prize(s), the winner acknowledges that Cuteness is not liable for any loss, damages, or injury associated with accepting or using the prize(s).
• Cuteness retains the rights to make substitutions of equivalent kind or approximate value in the event of the unavailability of any prize or component of the prize for any reason whatsoever.
• Cuteness reserves the right to withdraw or terminate this contest at any time without prior notice.
• In case of a tie, the Cuteness judges will select a winner. Judges decisions are final.
