ABOUT Charlie:
Hi! I am a purebred Maltese and I am now 4 months old and weigh 4.4 lbs. I'M A BIG BOY! My name is "Sir Charles" and I don't know who that is looking back at me! My Mommy calls me "Charlie" and tells me that's a clone of me, so I guess there is two of me! I love to play with my big brother Jacob. He's a 14 year old Golden Retriever with bladder cancer. He's also deaf (but I think he hears me talking to him). My Vet said I would be good for Jacob to keep him lively and I sure am doing my best! He takes me for spins on his tail and lets me bite on his ears.(I'm very careful!) He even breaks up my treats for me so I can chew better! I think he really LOVES me because he has taught me how to sit and lay down when Mommy tells us to! I'm sure I'm going to learn a bunch more with all the attention I get from my brother and Mommy. I just can't wait!
I hope you all like my picture, and that "clone" looking back at me. Yeah, he sure does look like me! Hmmmm....

To all of my and Jacob's friends.....your prayers and concerns were so greatly appreciated while I tried to help prolong my Jacob wonderful 15 years of life. I am so sorry to say that my big brother went to "Doggie Heaven" on Tuesday, 10/05/10 and is no longer with us. Jacob is now out of pain and at peace. Mommy & I apologize for not letting you know sooner, but it's been very hard on us and the grieving process is in the works with taking each day and night as calmly as possible. You were all such great friends to my best friend and I can only say "thank you" for right now. Hopefully I will be back to myself soon and give you all a bug "woof" to let you know I am back. Aww, Charlie I had to let you know that I love toilet paper too! My mom says that I could be an alarm clock because I seem to vandalize the tp every morning at 5 am! ha ha ha. I shred it though, mom says it looks like someone put a firecracker in the tp roll, another favorite saying is "my toilet paper looks like swiss cheese!" She cracks me up. Thanks for replying to me, I'm happy to have another doggie as a friend.!!
