MY LIFE

As I said, I wanted to share my live and memories with all of you.
wanted to share my scrapbook with all of you to show you what a wonderful life I had. The Dark Golden you see with the spoon in her mouth was my beloved Rosie, (Miss Sophia's amber rose). The multi color brownd doggie was Sophia. My momma and daddy's in there. A new pic of me and a new one of Hobo. There is also my little buddy Baby, the squirrel. She comes by and has lunch with my daddy almost everyday. She came face to face with Poohie before and actually got a kiss from Hobo once. The others are just some of my favorites that I wanted to share with all my friends.

Buddy, A wonderful loving boy. He was homeless when we met him, he got his name from a man who found him so we left it Buddy. He is better known to most on here as Boo-boo's uncle Bud. But he was Poohie's and Hobo's uncle Bud before that. He just had his 16th birthday with us but he was already full grown when we found him. Aug. 31 1993 is when he came home to stay. It's also our daughters birthday, and gramparents anniversary. He's a special guy who will not be with us much longer so we wanted to post something for him. He deserves alot of credit for helping raise Poohie, Hobo and Boo-boo.

Don't feel too bad my friends, I'm in a good place. I led a long happy life. I've seen more in my life than most. I was found by my dad when I was about 3 yrs old. Up until then I went from place to place never knowing where home was until I got here. I lost the love of my life when she was stolen from our back yard, she was a dark golden ret. named Rosie (pictured). Three days later I got out and went looking for her. I ended up in doggy jail for three weeks. That's when dad rescued me for a second time. I never left the yard again. I've seen 4 presidents, 1 in person (pictured). He was right down the street so me and dad took a walk. I loved my walks, I had a big back yard but nothing was as special as a walk. I've seen the fall of Russia, The Berlin wall come down, The Columbia tradgedy, The space station, a rover on Mars, 9-11, 3 wars, Poohie have 6 puppies, Poohie grow up into a great mamma, Hobo grow up and be a great daddy, Boo-boo grow into a little man. Ive heard alot of great music pass through this house. I made alot of good friends right here on CAH. I know my babies are safe with Hobo. So I had a wonderful life and it was time to move on to bigger and better things. So try not to mourn me, celebrate me. Love you all. Uncle Bud

UPDATE:

I wrote this when I was scheduled to be put to rest, I got alot better and stayed here for months after that until I peacefully passed one night right in my own bed, not on a cold table away from home. So I ended up even luckier than I thought. I am at piece and in a nice resting place in my own back yard. This summer dads building a half moon shaped flower garden behind the sunporch where I used to lay on warm days and watch the birds eat out back. Then I get a tree planted right over me. Dad has not decided yet what kind of tree to give me but figures it will be a decorating tree that can be kept neat and nice looking for me. So once again my friends, I was a lucky and loved doggie and I wish you all the same kind of life I led. I'm over the rainbow bridge now, one day when you get there, come see me.
