My mom rescued me from the shelter when I was 10 wks old & named me Bella because she says I'm beautiful! (I didn't have the underbite then)

ABOUT Bella:
My Mom was not supposed to get any more dogs; her 2 old cats had died recently (ages 18 & 20); She had Sasha (an old Shepherd mix with arthritis problems) & Gypsy (a Sheltie mix with fear-aggressive problems). One day she went to the Animal Shelter to volunteer - the coordinator was busy, so she walked around "just looking". Silly Mommy - as soon as she saw me, she had to have me, so w/o asking Daddy, she put a hold on me & picked me up 3 days later!
I chase EVERYTHING!! When I was 6 mos old, I ate a bee & my face got all swollen. My Mom freaked out & rushed me to the vet... that cost $150.00! But it was a good thing 'coz he did a parvo test on me & it came out positive. I was so sick, I thought I was gonna die, but my Mom took really good care of me & 5 long days later, I started feeling better! Now I'm back to chasing bees - Mom puts baking soda paste on my face till the swelling goes down - it's a lot cheaper.
My favorite place is on the back of the couch with my paws on Mom's shoulders. That way I know when she moves & I can follow her - I don't like her to be out of my sight. Every once in a while she tries to discipline me, but I turn on the big puppy dog eyes & she can't resist me. My (18-yr old) human sister says I'm a spoiled brat, but I think she's just jealous:)
