ABOUT Harley:
Hello friends ! My name is Harley or Bubba as I am sometimes called.... I am a very happy dog. I have two wonderful humans in my life that love to spoil me and gives me constant love...my Mommy and Daddy, of course. Every morning I wake up with belly and back rubs, kisses, and mommy sings her favorite song to me "you are my sunshine"... She tells me every day how much she loves me and what a good boy I am. That makes me happy feel very loved and special. One of my favorite things is being petted. When I sit next to you, your hand needs to be busy or I will nudge your hand with my nose. My hobbies in the summer time are boat riding, and riding on my Daddy's Harley Davidson. He secures me onto the seat with an attached leash that goes around his neck. I especially love it when he removes the windshield. I love the feel of the wind in my fur . Sometimes Mommy rides on the back and when people see us they always laugh. I don't know why. When we go out on our boat, I always get to ride in the very front. Daddy put up netting so that it will be safe for me. We have a spot on Lake Hickory called the "sand bar". We go out there and throw anchor and feed the ducks. I always bark at them, mostly because I want to get in the water and splash around with them, but Mommy won't let me. I get in the water with dad and he holds me and walks in the shallow area while people in other boats admire me and tells Mommy how cute I am. Another thing I enjoy doing in summer is chasing lizards and frogs. I like to nudge the frogs so they will jump..Mommy takes me to the Park every chance she gets. I enjoy that so much. It's about a 10 minute drive and she lets me stick my head out the window...I really love the wind in my fur ! I love getting to meet other dogs and cats at the Park. I love meeting any and all animals even though I'm just a little feller. I love making new friends. I also love to travel. I've seen 10 states. We went on a road trip starting in North Carolina all the way up the East Coast to Rhode Island. It was a lot of fun. My next adventure I would like to experience would be to float down the River on a raft, maybe even white water rafting (lazy river rafting)hee hee.

awww, Harley... I'm really sorry but the Tongue Contest has ended. If you like I can add your tongue picture to our photo gallery, just let me know what number you'd like... then everypet can see your cute tongue when they look at our pix............ ALSO we've had a few requests for a NOSE contest and an EARS contest. I spose we should have a TAIL contest, and a PAW-PAW contest, and a WHISKERS contest, maybe a FEATHERS & FINS contest....Whaddya think 'bout that?...... We will post announcements in the Dog Park and The Rockers page and on some of the Cute Wars Challenge pages when another contest comes up. not yet Harley I have an appt. on march 22nd to talk to a different vet about the surgery maybe the total hip replacement instead of 8,000 like the last vet wanted this vet wants 4,700 so maybe we are going to go with that if my parents can do it...I will keep you updated!! I miss not seeing you everyday we sure had so much fun together in the dome :o)
