What is Cuteness?
Cuteness is a fun, new community and shopping site made exclusively for pet people. It's a place where your dog, cat, fish, or anything else for that matter, can have their very own pet profile. You can also win fabulous prizes going head to head in the Battlezone and Thunderdome, ask pet-related questions, find a shelter, donate to pet charities, rate products, and buy products recommended by the community.What does my Cuteness Rating mean?
Every time you click the plus sign (+) on a Cuteness pet, you increase that pet's Cuteness Rating. If you think a pet is cute, simply click the plus sign (+). Having a high Cuteness Rating will help your pet get into the Thunderdome.I am someone in the media. How do I contact Cuteness?

Thunderdome Questions
What is the Thunderdome?
A few times a year our 64 top-rated pets battle it out head-to-head in the Thunderdome for a chance to win fabulous prizes and the title of Cuteness Pet of the Year! Think the NCAA Basketball Tournament for cute pets - you can even download a bracket and play along at home.How do I become eligible for the Thunderdome?
To improve your odds of being selected in the Thunderdome, it helps to have a high Cuteness Rating. Make sure to send your pet's profile page to your friends and family so that they can plus (+) your Cuteness Rating. If you have a Facebook page, My Space page, or Twitter account, post a link to your pet's page to help spread the word. Befriend and comment on other Cuteness pets. Please note, out of fairness, you may only be eligible for one Thunderdome per calendar year. Please read the official rules.If I win a round in the Thunderdome, when will I get my prize(s)?
Prizes should arrive no later than 6-8 weeks after the Thunderdome ends.How do I vote in the Thunderdome?
To vote in the Thunderdome, you must be a registered member. Simply create an account and then go to the Thunderdome to vote. You can vote once a day for the duration of the Thunderdome competition.Back to Top

What is the Battlezone?
The Battlezone is an addictive head-to-head cute competition where you select the cutest pet. Any pet can participate in the Battlezone and anyone can vote (you do not have to be a Cuteness member to vote in the Battlezone). No prizes are awarded in the Battlezone - just bragging rights.Who can vote in the Battlezone?
Anyone - the Battlezone is open to all web users, no Cuteness account required.Where can I view my Battlezone stats?
Your Battlezone stats are visible on your pet profile page.Are there prizes in the Battlezone?

Challenge Questions
What are Pet Challenges?
Pet Challenges are head-to-head cute competitions where YOU select which pet you want to go up against. The community then votes on which pet is cuter (remember, you're both cute, this is just for fun)! Simply navigate to a pet's profile page and click the Challenge link. To create a Pet Challenge, you must be a registered member. Simply create an account, build a pet profile, and get to challenging your anipals!How do I accept a challenge?
Once someone challenges you, you'll receive an email notification. You must click the approve link in this email to accept the challenge. If you'd prefer to have all challenge invitations auto approved, go to My Account > Settings and select this option.Can I reject a challenge?
To reject a challenge, simply ignore the email. If you'd prefer to opt out of Pet Challenges, go to My Account > Settings and select this option.Who can vote in Pet Challenges?
You must be a registered member to vote. You can vote once per day for the duration of the challenge.Where can I view my Pet Challenge stats?

How do I create a pet profile?
Simply create an account and we'll walk you through it.How do I add roommates?
At the top of each page you'll find an Add Pets link. Click this and we'll walk you through creating a profile page for your pet.Can I create a pet profile page for a pet that is deceased?
Yes. Your pet profile page can be a tribute you can use to remember your pet. We've also created a special Rainbow Fields page where your pet can be remembered and a RIP sash can be added to your main profile photo. If you would like to add your pet to Rainbow Fields, please Contact Us.What if I find an offensive comment or photo?
Comments are approved by each site member on their own profile. If you see a comment you dislike on your own pet profile, click the Delete button (and check your auto approve settings under My Account > Settings). If you see offensive content on someone else's profile, please send us a note through the Contact Us form.Can I delete a pet profile or my account?
Why would you want to do this?! ;) If you want to delete a pet profile, log in and go to that pet's profile page. Click the "Edit" link, scroll to the bottom, and click the "Delete Profile" link. To delete your entire account, go to My Account and click the "Delete Profile" link. Please make sure you've saved any information you want to keep before you do this as we will not be able to retrieve any of your account info.Back to Top
Photo Questions
How do I change my main profile photo?
Log in and go to your pet's profile page. Click the "Edit" link just below your pet's name. Click "Add Photo" to add images to your profile. Your first photo will be the main photo that displays on your pet profile page. You can upload multiple photos. Each photo must be under 2 MB and should ideally be scalable to 375 x 375.How do I add more photos to my profile?
Log in and go to your pet's profile page. Click the "Edit" link just below your pet's name. Click "Add Photo" to add more images to your profile; drag and drop your photos to rearrange them; click the "x" icon on a photo to remove it.Why are my photos stretched out?
Our current template supports images that are no smaller than 375 x 375. Please ensure your images are at least this size for the best display.Back to Top
Comments Questions
Can anyone comment on my profile?
By default, any Cuteness member can comment on your profile. You can edit this under My Account > Settings.How can I tell if someone commented on my profile?
An email alert will be sent to the email address associated with your account. You can opt out of these alerts under My Account > Settings.Can I have comments on my pet profile automatically approved?
Yepper! Log in and go to My Account. Under Settings > Auto Approve, you can select the checkbox next to "Comments on my pets" to have the comments your pet receives automatically approved.How do I write good comments?

Go to the profile page of the pet you want to be friends with and click the "Add to Friends" link.How do I reorder my top 5 friends?
