With over 16 years of new media experience, Erick stands at the helm of Cuteness as Founder and CEO. Prior to Cuteness, Erick was a founding partner of quite a few start-ups under the Cottonblend umbrella including:

Erick is also an award-winning designer with strong experience in both online and offline media having held the position of Vice President of Creative at Ticketmaster and senior level roles at Caesars Entertainment, eToys, and StyleClick (USA Interactive). Magazine, eToys, FOX, Herbie Hancock, The Hollywood Reporter, Intel, Mountain Bike Magazine, NASCAR, PGA, TicketWeb, and The .tv Corporation - to name a few.

NEAL FERRAZZANI SENIOR SOFTWARE ENGINEER
Senior Software Engineer, Neal Ferrazzani, comes to Cuteness with
more than 10 years of diverse media industry experience. His technical
expertise in dynamic front-end and LAMP development has been honed at
established entertainment groups like Ticketmaster and The National
Football League, building sites for teams like the Seattle Seahawks,
the Buffalo Bills and the Carolina Panthers, as well as
entrepreneurial start-ups like Cottonblend, FoodJiva, the food blog
SpicySaltySweet, and the development of Facebook applications for
Ticketmaster and Driftr.
Neal's educational background is in music. He graduated from Berklee College of Music in 2000 with a degree in Music Production and Engineering. His most surreal moment in the music business, and there were many, was having breakfast in Santa Monica with Trent Reznor and the Nine Inch Nails frontman's Grandpa.

LISA LAUBACH CHIEF PET OFFICER
Armed with a strong product management and creative background and roots in the online content world, Lisa drives the voice and tone for Cuteness and inspired the name of the website.
Lisa has been working on the web for the past 10 years, taking a variety of sites from inception through launch. She has created compelling online experiences for sites like SXSW winner Day 26, eToys, GameFly, and LasVegas.com. Lisa received her B.A. in Philosophy from the University of California, Berkeley.
