Lance Bass of *NSYNC fame is recovering from an emergency appendectomy he had in February, Us Weekly reports. But, you don't have to feel quite as bad for Lance after reading this next bit: He's being nursed back to health by puppies.
Two adorable foster puppies, Chip and Dale, are helping Lance get better, and we actually can't think of a better way to spend recovery time.
"I think I'll heal very nicely with these two as my nurses. I'm home safe and sound. Thank you all so much for the well wishes. You guys are the sweetest. Love you all. ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤," he captioned the picture on Instagram.
Lance Bass went into surgery on Sunday, February 26 and watched the Oscar's from his hospital bed.
"Well, this day took a turn. I woke up to the worst stomach pains," the 37-year-old popstar posted on Instagram. "A few hours later, I'm one appendix lighter."
