Get Ready To Stream! Zoo Announces Dates For April To Return To YouTube

Good news for April the Giraffe fans!

Cuteness told you yesterday about Animal Adventure Park's announcement to resume their giraffe cam on a yet to be determined date.

Zoo officials closed the livestream last Friday afternoon, citing limited staff resources as the cause.

The park tweeted this morning that the Giraffe Cam will be live-streaming again today and every Tuesday from 4 p.m. - 8 p.m. ET.

In a Facebook post, Animal Adventure Park enumerated the reasons for the reduced hours and specific livestream time frame.

"Soon the giraffes are outside, and you will be watching an empty stall, but with our closing daily at 5 p.m. — you will have hours of enjoyment while they retire for the evening."

Watch April the Giraffe and her soon-to-be-named calf on the livestream below beginning at 4 p.m. ET on Tuesday, April 25.

April's YouTube is the second most live-viewed channel in the history of the video-streaming platform. It's racked up an insane about of love from fans: 232 million live views and 7.6 billion minutes of streaming, according to NBC New York.
