We can all agree that baby animals are sincerely the cutest thing about life on planet Earth, right?

Tajiri, the famous baby-boy giraffe, is so cute that he and his mother April broke YouTube, and the super adorbs baby hippo who climbs a little ramp to take a bath is the stuff dreams are made of.

Still — we at Cuteness HQ may have found the cutest baby animal in the entire Milky Way galaxy.

Are you ready to meet her?

Lua is a baby sloth who was recently born at the Memphis Zoo to her proud parents, Marilyn and Sparky. Her name means "moon" in Portuguese.

"When staff is not holding the infant, she clings to a stuffed elephant, which strengthens her limbs," zoo officials posted to Lua's blog. "This mimics the same behavior she would use with her mother."

Lua's mother gave birth to other adorable babies who tragically did not survive infancy, according to zoo officials. Lua is being hand-reared for the next year by zoo staff and is not yet on exhibit at the Memphis Zoo. But fans can still follow her adventures on the Lua's official zoo blog.

How on earth does someone get the job of being Lua's stuffed animal? We're asking for a friend.
