It's time to move to Chicago. The city's West Town neighborhood hosted a dog parade that's enough to make you want to pack your bags. According to DNA Info, the 1.1-mile parade drew 100 dogs (plus their human companions) and many more bystanders.
The genius behind the event was David Ramos, president of the Smith Park Advisory Council.
"We pulled it off. We've been planning since March and have been blessed with this weather," he said after the parade.
Blessed with good weather and a brilliant idea.
The parade also featured a costume contest and it made our summer.
Diva, a Chihuahua dressed as Batman, won the contest.
But honestly, everyone looked amazing.
This parade is pure magic.
