One precious pup, unfortunately, got lost in the craze of the storm but was eventually found by storm chaser, Aaron Jayjack.

Jayjack posted a video on Twitter explaining that the dog followed his jeep down the road and then once he stopped for gas, the doggo decided to hop in for a ride.

The video continues with Jayjack's plea to the Twitterverse to help find the owners of the dog he referred to as "Harvey."

Twitter, of course, did not disappoint.

The owner of "Harvey", whose real name is "Cash", was promptly found and alerted that his dog was on the way home. It was a National Dog Day miracle.

Twitter user @Emmijen commented, "Aaron found the owner and DROVE BACK in the hurricane to take him home. Cash/Harvey is home w/his seriously grateful owner, safe and happy."

The reunion was nothing short of spectacular.
