If you love Cat Cafes but wish you could have even more cat cuddles in your daily life, then you need to know about Japan's latest cat-traction: The Cat Train.
As Metro reports, the train made its debut journey this weekend, taking off from Ogaki with 30 adorable kittens on board.
Passengers were, of course, encouraged to play and cuddle with the kitties (which is good because how could you NOT?).
It wasn't just an adorable and fun event, it also happened to help a good cause. The train ride was jointly hosted by Yoro Railway Co Ltd and the Kitten Cafe Sanctuary in order to raise awareness for Japan's stray cat problem.
The number of cats taken in by Japanese shelters is down 70 percent since 2004, thanks in part to events like these that raise awareness. That's all the proof we need. When is America getting a cat train? We would also be fine with a puppy train — just saying.
