"Saddest tweets to tweet. Mommy is gone," read a tweet from Gary The Dog's account on Dec. 27.

Fisher suffered what is being described as a massive heart attack during a flight from London to LAX on December 23, as she was making her way home from a book tour of her autobiography, The Princess Diarist.

Carrie Fisher's beloved French Bulldog Gary was reported to be by the actor's while she was treated at UCLA in Los Angeles.

It's unknown if Gary's account is authentic or the creation of a fan. Inquiries by Refinery 29 to Fisher's team have gone unanswered, but one thing is for certain: Carrie Fisher absolutely adored her little dog Gary.
