Heidi is a 2 years and 5 months old dachshunds. She is a birthday present from a friend. She is adventurous and always curious.
Heidi's daddy adopted her in the summer of 2009 after her previous owner died and no one could take her. It was hard for her to find a home because she's food aggressive and does not do well with other dogs or children. Heidi loves to snack all the time and enjoys being her daddy's shadow while spending time with her big brother Mika who is a Siberian Laika.
Heidi is a Border Collie mix and is the Sweetest dog! I rescued her from a shelter when she was 1 yr old, I couldn't have asked for a better dog! I love her to pieces!!
I was meant to be a "watch" dog, but my previous owner thought that meant I stayed outside with very little contact. When I was a puppy, my current owner persuaded my previous owner to give me up. No longer was I meant to stay outside. Now I could come inside, be trained so I'd have proper manners and could play more with everyone else. I'm a very happy pup and love most everyone.
Beautiful with an attitude.
We rescued Heidi from our Humane Society a few years ago when she was 1yr old. She was the sweetest dog and loves being by my side. She likes to lay by our bed and in our bed :) We have a declawed cat and sometimes they play together but Heidi is very gentle. She loves riding in the car and going to the Dog Park. She is a mix, not sure of what but she looks like a Border Collie body, only a guess, they said part White Shepherd at the Animal Shelter but I think they label every dog part Shepherd! :)
She enhances my life SO much! I love her to pieces :)
My name is Heidi, and I'm a neva masquerade siberian cat. My name is Heidi because when I was a young kitten, I used to hide all the time. So my mom named me Heidi. I'm very sweet but I have LOTS of attitude. I'm a very unusual house cat because I act like a dog, chirp like a bird, and cuddle like a champ.
By the way, my thick luscious beautiful coat of fur in the pictures is just my summer coat. In the winter I turn into a mini polar bear.
Heidi was a rescue dog I found at a local rescue thru Petfinder.com. She had been abused and will most likely lose the sight in one of her eyes due to being hit repeatedly in the head. Despite all that, she is the sweetest, most mild tempered loving dog in the world. She loves walks and car rides oh...and treats too!
I rescued Heidi from the Humane Society. The last of her litter,a Texas Blue Lacey. Very scared until my son came into her life. Her spirit soared. She proved to be his therapy pet. Two years ago she became my Medical Alert/Minimum Protection service dog. She is w/ me 24/7. Heidi is called beautiful by many who meet her. She is poised, obedient, calm, loyal, and loving. It has been witnessed that she acknowledges persons with special needs first. And,she is alerts me of symptoms I may not take note of. She's an education to the public. She is priceless to me.
Heidi is a rescue dog, too. She was abandoned near a friend's farm in the middle of nowhere. We had another Rottie at the time, so we were the first choice after nobody had claimed her. Heidi was spit-fire from day one! Full of energy, very loving and protective. She protected us from loud cars/trucks, motorcylcles, bikes - anything loud and on wheels! But when the kids were off they're bikes, she'd play and roll around with them all! Though she's old and slow now, she still tries to run down the mail truck and the new neighbor kids riding by - we never could break her of that!
Heidi gave us a litter of puppies almost 6 years ago and she was a perfect Momma! She did everything by the book and we enjoyed a house full of Rott pups for a couple of months. It was fun and a little sad to see them go, but we were pretty particular who they went home with.
Heidi now is 10 and acts like a crabby, tired old lady, but we will be heartbroken when she goes. We're enjoying our time together now!
Heidi was adopted from the local humane society about 10 years ago. She has been the sweetest cat ever since and we just love her to death. We believe she has some Siamese in her but we are not sure but she has markings like a Siamese and has rings on her tail.
We Rescued baby Heidi from a bad situation.. She has gone from shy and frightened to active and very happy. We dearly love her. She was to frightened to take a single step when she first came to us and now she is 1 happy little puppy living with all her kitty siblings. She loves to dress up too (as you can see)
Heidi is a beautiful little girl who was born in the woods behind my parent's home last year on Good Friday. There was a litter of 4 and only she and her sister (Lucky) survived. My parents trapped and adopted Lucky in April, and were unable to capture my little girl, who they called Snowflake until August. I adopted her on Labor Day weekend. You would never know that she was a feral cat. She is the sweetest little girl. Omar, my alpha male Siamese loves her and protects her! Shocking!
All of our pets are rescues, and Heidi is no different. Heidi was rescued from a kill shelter in Ohio. She can run faster and leap higher than most pups. She is a ball of energy, and never tires.
Also, fair warning, Heidi is a frencher... If you lean in for a kiss, expect some tongue.
