Sam is a typical Jack Russel Terrior or as we call him "Jack Russell Terrorist." He loves to play outside, chase tennis balls, birds, frogs, mice......he is a very good guard dog. He talks when you are petting him - sounds like he's growling but it's more like echoing. He is too smart for his own good. He loves to sleep in our bed and play with his baby brother.
Sam and Scooby are the best of friends and are rarely not in pictures together.
My Sam is half Dachshund, part Bichon, part poodle and I think part Satan. He will be 6 months old on the 9th of February. I own an animal t-shirt company and I am always looking for cute animal designs until I realized how adorable Sam is, I think I will dedicate a series of shirts just about Sam. He loves snow and autumn leaves, he constantly picks on his older brother Scruffy who thinks someday his real animal mommy will come and take him away. I have a video of Sam and Scruffy on my facebook under "Not So Human Tees" take a look and see them interact together, I need to capture more videos of Sam's Whinning.
Sam is a Doodle. He's back legs are paralyzed and he is blind. He is a great little guy. We have had him for just over 18 months since he was surrendered to us as a foster dog.
Sam was adopted and we can only guess his age
I have always been a very talkative fellow. Now that I'm older I communicate in other ways too; I can give a look that speaks volumes! I've lived a very good life with my human family. Then, a couple of years ago, my family brought home Dutch to keep me company. I wish they had known I would rather have a girlfriend than that pesky young Dutch! Oh well, I know they meant well and my best friends, Barb & Greg take me to their home most every week for a few days. I get undivided attention from them which makes me very happy! I love to go for walks, although my back legs don't hold me up as well as the used too. All in all, it's still a very good life. Let's hear it for the old guys!
