Cutest dog ever!
Toby is my boy! His mommy brought her kittens one by one to our garage. "White Face" was a feral kitty that belonged to a group of baby kitties I started feeding at the school beside our home. The mommy kitty had come to our house (we had food for our 1 cat outside). We were able to tame the other 3 of her siblings. Actually there were 2 sets of kittens by the same father (Toby's Grandfather), which Tody looks so much alike except his Tucedo pattern was gray & white & his grandfather's pattern was black & white. Toby's mom took her kittens away from our garage but Toby & his brother, Teddy were playing & had gotten left behind. We brought both kittens inside soon after since the mommy only returned a few times to eat. She soon shunned Toby & it seems to just break his heart. Toby had been her favorite. It only took 2 days for Toby once inside our home to bond with me. The strange thing is as much as my daughter & her dad have tried to be friends with Toby, he is still very timid with them but so loving to me. I recently was in the hospital for 2 weeks, Toby either sat at the window waiting for my return or he would hide. My daughter & her dad tried their best to comfort him, to let him know he was loved by both but he just does not bond with anyone but me. We are & have been caring for & feeding, giving them a home to about 25 cats with the youngest being 1 year & almost 6 months. The last kittens (3) was from a feral mommy that has been in our garage. The good thing is all of these kitties have been fixed except this mommy. We will just have to somehow catch her to have her neutered. All 3 of her now grown kittens are as tame & sweet as an be, but their mommy (Callie) just refuses to let us touch her long enough to win her trust. My Toby seems to be the leader of the cats that stay downstairs in our home. Toby is a big & very muscular kitty, so much like his Grandfather that was feral, yet gentle to all his kittens. Eventually we did not see him coming for food or just roaming around so he either moved on to a different section of town or something happened to him. I am pretty sure he had many, many babies in all the neighborhoods that he roamed. When I was feeding his 8 babies, he often came around & even saw him appearing to be babysitting while the mommy took a break & ventured off for a bit.
Our having one kitty about 6 or 7 years ago to feeding & caring for well over 40 (some only came to eat), 3 recently have been coming back for food. I can not help getting upset when I see these strays that I know were once pets. They never were fixed & evidently not that cute kitten they once took in, so they just stop caring for these pets.
He has one eye and no tail and is incredibly adventurous/ spends most of his time outdoors
Absolutely Adorable, playful, personable loving boy! Little devil as well!!!
Toby is the sweetest dog we have ever had. He is rather small for a Bichon. He is a rescue dog and we are so proud to be his parents.
I love to eat!!
Toby likes long walks on the beach, and neck rubs...lots and lots of neck rubs.
He is the perfect dog. At times its like he's human. The best temperament I've ever seen in a dog.
Toby was rescued from Miami shelter when he was 1yr old, he was taken from a confiscated home. Saw him on the shelters' website and when i saw him in person i said "Let's go home!!!"... Big pup needs many manners so i taught him many things from Ceasar on(National Geo, "Dog whisperer"). Toby now knows how to sit, lays on his bed when told, give paw, sits and waits patiently for his food/toy to be given, doesn't eat Lucifurs' food no matter how hungry he is :). Gets petting when calm not when anxious. Walks/runs by my side without pulling on leash and stops when told. When the front door is open he sits and waits. When we play fetch he drops the ball once he brings it and then i get it. Weighs 75lbs and eats white rice & chicken. Destroys his toys :P. Challenges to see who's in charge, so i have to remind him. Loves to socialize at the dog park. But most of all a protective loving companion. :)
Sweet little orange Kitty, has the tiniest meow even at 3.
Toby. Is my whole life.....he is the cutest baby ever. His truly is my baby
I got a new home on August 25th when my former owner who has MS could not keep me any longer. My new mom/dad changed my name from Topaz to "Toby" because it means "God is good." I came from a Christian home and my new home is Christ-centered as well. We love Jesus here and my mom plays worship/praise music during the day.
I love everyone, even my new vet!
I got micro-chipped right away so if I did get lost I could get back home! Boy, my new mom/dad love me so much already!
I am crate trained and very smart. I learned the doggy door in a week in my new home. I will sit, roll over and shake on command if you give me a tummy rub. I really like having a fenced back yard to roam in. You see, I never got walks or was outside much so I am loving my new home.
I have two brothers - a 15.5 year old Cavalier/Cocker mix doggy named Patches and Riley (an orange tabby). We all get along great. Patches and I get a couple of walks a day together. My new mom and I have a bond already. She LOVES Cavalier's and says I was just what she wanted!
Toby is a kitten we got from the humane society along with his brother Simba. They are a ball of energy and have brought a lot of fun and laughter to this home and our older female kitties have enjoyed them as much as we do.
his a cute little dog great personality and he loves to be active and plays to much, we just love him<3
He's a fun, little pup loves to give kisses and show his affection :) I love him
Orange Garfield cat...looks like Garfield, acts like Garfield.
My mom rescued me off the streets and our bond is unbreakable and some say amazing. I get along with every other cat on the planet and I'm very mean to dogs. No dog will mess with me unless they want to get an eye clawed out or an ear bitten off. I'm very tempermental and can react in a moment's notice. Momma calls me an 'old soul' because I'm not as hyper and cat-like as much as the other cats are.
What momma doesn't know is that I am not a cat, as a matter of fact I'm a god and these humans are only here to serve me. Momma agrees.
Toby was rescued from a puppy farm and came to live with us and our senior dachshund, Riley. He is a very active, happy boy, but he got into a lot of trouble his first few months at our house! Now he is a very well- behaved boy,
