She has her own personality. She can be very lovable, but if you love her too long she will swipe her paw at you! However, she never swats you with claws, just enough to say "hey, enough already!". We actually happen to get stuck with her when her previous owner moved and could not find her when she left. One really really stormy night, the kind the bay area seldom sees, we kept hearing this meow. We walked outside, looked under cars, etc. Finally I looked up just above my front door and hanging her head, upside down, was Yeow Yeow meowing at us. She was absolutely soaked. We actually looked at her and said, "What are doing up there?! Get down here right now and get in the house!" It was as if I was talking to a human being. She understood what I had said and jumped down onto a lower roof next to my doorway and ran in the house. We have had her ever since and I can't imagine her not being here!
