Peanut is a very friendly bundle of joy. She loves everyone and has never bitten or scratched. She loves to eat, sleep, get massages and chase my guinea pigs outside. Peanut is a rescue cat and was mistreated by her recent owners. We've had her for 6 years now and she is absolutely beautiful. My whole family loves Peanut and she is a joy to be around.
my cute cat turned 9 she is a torti and loves to cuddle literally puts her arms around me
Hi Guys my name is Peanut... I used to be a stray kitten, running wild and free in the bush, like a real wild cat. I don't know what happened to my real Mommy, but my human Mommy took me in to care for me as I couldn't fend for myself after my Mommy disappeared. But now I'm living the life. I always wanted to be a tiger, they look so big and strong on TV and do I love watching TV... I get my days where I don't want any attention, but oh boy do I make it loud and clear when I do want some. I'm the younger one between me and Pixie. She always acts like she's the boss, I go with what Mommy says, it's just the 'tortitude' stepping in. I love to attack her, surprise her around corners and chase her around the yard. Now that I'm bigger in size I can get her back for all the times she attacked, surprised and chased me when I was little. But still I love her to catnip Heaven and back.

hehe! how many sad face are there????? :P
I was found by my momma and daddy on www.petfinder.com. Momma wanted a Maine Coon since she had one as a kid, and after doing some research on breeders VS rescuing a cat, she chose to adopt me. I'm a Maine Coon / domestic longhair. I consider myself a 'torbie' (tabby/ tortoiseshell coat mix). My cat mommy was a barn cat, and that's how I came to a small rescue mission, who kindly put my picture up on the web. In no time I had a new home! I was only 11 weeks old and very sick when my parents got me. I had ear mites, an infection from my spay, several intestinal parasites and fleas. But my parents nursed me to perfect health! In my spare time I enjoy playing with my favorite 'antenna' foes, also, my greatest foes Green Mouse and Red Mouse never let me down. How can I forget Foil Ball! Lately I've been enjoying the views into my new backyard from the windows of my sunroom. I like a clean litter box, and am a bird cat not a fish cat. Turkey is my all-time favorite food to eat. I like to bat and snoop and nap as well. I let my parents share my queen size bed. They take up so much room, but I let them get away with it. I like to scratch on my sisal post, and jump all over the place such as on the counters. Well, I think I spy a creature outside the window, toodles!
My little shadow, opens cabinets, peeks in toilets (while flushing), loves bouncy balls, fetches, manipulates me into anything he wants, nose rubs, nibble my chin, my 5 am alarm clock, talks a lot, comes when I call, and crawls under my covers to wake me up! He's like my son, the one thing I look forward to come home to.
One of my twin Orange Tabby boys, Butterscotch is his litter-mate. Peanut gets into everything. He is full of energy. We had to put child locks on our Kitchen cabinets to keep him out! Gotta love him!
Peanut is almost as little today as she was when she was born. She is an only child and has 14 other family cats she lives with. She was born with a little broken tail and at times has a hard time keeping her balance. Peanut was a bottle fed baby so is very different from other cats. She loves to be held and by me and does not like her mother.
