Tiny Puppies In Yoga Class With 2 Totally Different Vibes Are Capturing Hearts

Some puppies are bursting with energy, made to play all day, while others constantly seek out the comfiest place to snooze, nap, and doze for hours. In fact, it's normal for a puppy to sleep 18 to 20 hours each day. It takes a lot of energy to grow as quickly as a little pup does.

One tired little puppy recently decided that the best way to get some of those 18 to 20 hours was by dozing during a puppy yoga class. In a TikTok video that's been viewed more than 972,000 times, a jaunty little puppy is seen trotting happily amongst the yogis. It comes across a totally chill puppy, sleeping stretched out flat on its back, ears flopped to the sides, using a human as a chaise lounge. The jaunty puppy, clearly realizing that this looks like a comfy area for flopping, climbs up as well — making that one yogi the envy of everyone else in the class. Comments on the video were full of ideas on how one person got so lucky with both puppies. "How does it feel to be the chosen one?" one viewer asked. "The trick is to wipe your hands on your tights after eating chicken nuggets," another joked.

The popularity of animal yoga

Yoga classes featuring animals such as dogs, cats, rabbits, goats, and even horses have been around for years. The practice of yoga is known to reduce stress and increase happiness while improving one's flexibility and balance, and proponents of animal-centric classes say these classes help yogis to connect with both nature and our furry friends. The classes can be beneficial for puppies in particular, helping with their socialization and confidence-building.

Puppies add playfulness and joy to any yoga experience, along with reminders to be mindful and stay in the present moment — especially since many puppies aren't yet housebroken! These pups may be too cute to leave behind. "You'd have to kick me out of here cuz I'd never leave," one viewer commented on the TikTok video. "When you hear my bag barking as I leave out, mind ya business, mmkay?!" another added.
