In a cute TikTok video that's been viewed more than 693,000 times and racked up over 80,000 likes, Tinker quite literally shakes with excitement as he waits in the drive-through lane for his pup cup to arrive, whining impatiently and wagging his tail. When the cup of whipped cream is finally handed to him, Tinker digs in enthusiastically, getting a smudge of whipped cream on his snout in the process.
