Dachshund Mix Moves Into New House And Makes Sure His Bed Is Just Where He Wants It

Most pets have preferences about where they sleep each night, but few pets are as determined and resourceful regarding their bed placement as a doxiepoo (dachshund and poodle mix) named Santi Manolo. In a hilarious TikTok video that's been viewed more than 1.6 million times, the little doxipoo drags his dog bed all the way up the stairs. He isn't deterred by the fact that the stairs are long and steep — and the bed is bigger than he is. The video is captioned, "Moved into a townhome and this was the funniest thing I've seen! Viewers were enchanted by the tiny but tenacious pup. Several people wrote comments along the lines of "😭 He's moving on up to the Eastside" and "He moving on up like George and Weezie! 😂😂😂," referencing "The Jeffersons," an old TV show about a New York family who relocate from Queens to Manhattan's Upper East Side to live in a "deluxe apartment in the sky" (as per the show's catchy theme song).
