German Shepherd Puppy Steals Mom's Phone And We Can See Everything From His POV
Puppies are well known for being mischievous little rascals, but some pups take that naughtiness to hilarious heights. Take, for example, an incorrigible German shepherd puppy named Creed. In a funny TikTok video — which has been viewed more than 5.1 million times, racking up over 922,000 likes in the process — Creed snatches his owner's phone and leads her on a merry chase around and around the home, pausing occasionally to check that she is still pursuing him. "Bruh my 3 month old puppy just stole my phone and [brake] checked my ass to the ground 😭" is written across the video.
@gabbyxbell I think we chased each other around the kitchen island 50 times so this is my logged cardio for the day #germanshepherd #puppy #fyp #tag #chicago

Viewers were delighted by the whole chaotic escapade, filmed from the puppy's point of view. "The camera work was so good I thought it was fake til I noticed the whiskers," wrote one, and another added, "The combination of the whiskers being visible and you coming in and out of view is comedy gold." One netizen observed, "This pov is so cute. How short it is from the ground is so funny 😂 Like pov, I'm a tiny baby and my mom is chasing me LOL."
All about German shepherd dogs
German shepherds are often named one of the smartest dog breeds, regularly ranked in the top five alongside poodles and border collies. GSDs are normally one of the most obedient dog breeds — clearly, cute little Creed doesn't believe in this stereotype — plus they're one of the strongest dog breeds, making them particularly well-suited for military or police work. These loyal and courageous dogs also make excellent family pets, but they do require plenty of regular exercise and mental stimulation to stave off boredom. As every dog owner knows, a bored pet can quickly become an unhappy and destructive pet.
It's possible that boredom spurred Creed to race around the house with the phone, or perhaps it was just typical puppy energy. His liveliness reminded netizens of a couple of pop culture figures. "Puppy moving like Messi," commented one, referencing Argentine soccer star Lionel Messi. Another quoted the Tom Hanks movie "Forrest Gump," writing, "I'm over here cheering it on like RUN FORREST RUUUUUUUUUUUUN."
