Mother Raccoon And Her Babies Have The Cutest Hidden Home In Central Park
In New York City, residents and raccoons have a shared dream: to live by Central Park. A TikTok-famous raccoon family actually found a perfect home inside the park itself. A video shows mama raccoon and her babies looking plump and happy inside a large tree hollow. In the video, Mama introduces herself first. She climbs out of the tree and looks around as though she's greeting the passersby. Then, the babies appear. They're not ready to leave the tree, so they share the peephole and poke their tiny heads out. The entire family drinks in the fresh air until Mama decides it's time to get back in the den. She scuttles back into the hole, which is just big enough for her bulk. "Almost thought we were going to have a Winnie the Pooh stuck in a hole scene here for a second!" a Facebook commenter joked.

Adorably chubby raccoons aren't the only wild creatures roaming Central Park. There are cozy red-eared sliders, scurrying squirrels and chipmunks, skulking coyotes, and plenty of birds, among many more species.
