The problem is that Smokey thinks his mom and dad are getting ready to go on a trip without him, and he's clearly distraught!
"Abandoned. Devastated. Inconvenienced," joked one viewer in response to Smokey's reaction. The good news is that this is all just a misunderstanding. The TikToker tells Smokey he'll be joining them, and even grabs his life jacket and bowls, but he still seems confused.
