12 Ducklings Meeting 9 Labrador Puppies For The First Time Is The Definition Of Precious

Pet introductions don't always go as planned. There's even a protocol for how to introduce two dogs to help guarantee they'll be happy to see each other. Yet, there are some first meetings that go so smoothly it seems unreal. That's exactly what happened when 12 ducklings met nine Labrador puppies on a farm for the very first time. Their interaction is so precious it's been "liked" by over 16 million people. Seriously, how can we not fall in love?

The brown Labrador puppies can barely stay awake as the fuzzy little ducklings crawl on top of them. Eventually, the duckies find little nooks and crannies to settle into the puppy pile, and all are content. Even better? Randy Newman's song "You've Got a Friend in Me," made popular in the Pixar classic "Toy Story," accompanies the video in the most perfect video and audio pairing ever.

Viewers couldn't believe their eyes. "So this is what heaven is like," said one viewer, trying to make sense of this overwhelming cuteness. Maybe one day they'll grow up to have a bond as darling as this Newfoundland and duck duo. We can only hope!

Some of the cutest pet friendships of all time are born on farms, and these ducklings and Labrador pups are no exception. According to Instagrammer and farmer, Brandon Severinski, this happy encounter, along with dozens of others, are simply more delightful snapshots of an amazing "life on the farm." Brandon's Instagram is full of farm moments, from the mundane to absolutely magical. 

It seems there's very little quiet time on Brandon's farm, in the best way — even during supper time! When he goes to feed his cows in one video, he's hilariously interrupted by his goats who demand some hay of their own. At another point, Brandon has to stop his Dalmatian Cardi from drinking the cow's milk he's packed away for the calves. Luckily, it turns out that cows can be playful pets too, so they don't seem to mind.

It's not the end of the cuteness for the duckling and puppy duo, either. In the cutest, most chaotic duckling video on the farm, we see the ducklings waddling up to and past the camera. Then, in another farm video, the nine little Labradors are seen snuggled in a wicker basket as Brandon walks up to their mom.
