Lauren has worked as a professional writer since 2010. Although she's covered many topics, she's never happier than when writing about food. She's written recipes, cooking and entertaining tips, and reviews of kitchen products for various publications, including BestReviews, Chicago Tribune, and New York Daily News. She developed a collection of recipes that she released as an independent cookery zine under the name Veganslime.
Education
Lauren studied English, sociology, and politics at Abingdon and Witney College.
