Casey Palmer is a a Certified Veterinary Technician and a Certified Trick Dog Instructor. She has been training dogs, personally and professionally, since 2003. Casey is currently competing in conformation, rally, obedience, and Fast CAT with her border collies Valor, Rhys, Haven, and Fezzik.
