Goldendoodle Tries To Enjoy Ball Pit But His Puppy Brother Has Other Plans
Sometimes, a dog just wants to be left alone to have some uninterrupted fun in a ball pit. That's certainly the case with Sampson the goldendoodle, who seems to love his personal ball pit more than anything else in the world. In a funny TikTok video captioned "Puppy brother problems 😂" — which has been viewed more than 28,000 times — Sampson is joyfully rolling around in his ball pit, when his goldendoodle puppy sibling, Brew, bounds into the scene and hilariously disrupts everything. The young, truly happy pupper is so happy and energetic that he seems to run in every direction at the same time, and the older dog eventually follows Brew out of the ball pit.

"What precious, sweet pups who are having a ball!!" one viewer wrote, while another commented, "😭😭😭 The chaos." One netizen joked, "I think he said 'You're it' 😂," and another summed up the thoughts of pretty much every viewer of the charming video: "Omgosh! I love dogs."
Like Sampson and his ball pit, dogs with their absolute favorite toys exude joy and playfulness. But why is it so important for dogs to have an array of interesting toys?
Why dogs need toys
Toys and puzzles for dogs offer mental stimulation, which can keep them entertained and help to stave off boredom — a dog contentedly playing with a toy is less likely to cause problems by engaging in destructive behavior such as chewing on the furniture. Stuffed toys that smell familiar can offer comfort, reduce stress, and relieve anxiety, while problem-solving toys are good for a dog's brain and cognitive abilities.
Some toys encourage a dog to stay active and burn off energy, which is good for their physical health, and other toys are specially designed to clean doggy teeth and keep their gums healthy. A ball pit like Sampson's encourages digging and foraging, both of which are natural behaviors for a dog, and is an enjoyable interactive sensory experience. Sampson certainly seems to enjoy his ball pit, despite any interruptions from Brew!
