Oreo the mini Bernedoodle is a ridiculously cute little dog, with his oversized paws and multicolored fur. In the video, Oreo repeatedly pawed at the blueberry, pounced on it, studied it, licked it, and picked it up in his mouth, with his fluffy ears flopping and tail wagging the entire time. In response to a viewer's question, Oreo's owner confirmed that the petite pooch did eventually consume the berry.

A few common foods and drinks that are dangerous to dogs include alcohol, macadamia nuts, cherries, avocados, onions, garlic, chives, chocolate, caffeinated drinks such as tea and coffee, and raisins (which, of course, are dried grapes). Foods, drinks, and chewing gum sweetened with the sugar substitute xylitol can rapidly cause damage to a dog's liver.
If you're trying to find fruits and vegetables that are safe for dogs to eat as occasional treats, look to blueberries, strawberries, bananas, apples (with the seeds removed), cucumbers, and carrots. As with human diets, treats should make up a small portion of a dog's diet. Though if most dogs take as long to eat a single blueberry as Oreo does, that shouldn't be a problem.
