Bulldog Puppy Is Already A Major Yapper As She 'Awoooos' To Get On The Bed
Sometimes you just have to say what you want. An adorable bulldog puppy named Luna learned that lesson young, and she's using her little lungs to "awoooo" her way onto the bed — and she won't give up until she gets her way!
In a July 2026 Instagram video posted by eMac Bulldogs, Luna can be seen with her front paws perched on the bed. Since she doesn't yet have the ability to push herself up, she tries to compensate for the lack of upper body strength by showing off her impressive vocal range, and the result is undeniably adorable. "Luna you make the cutest little awooos," the video's caption reads, and we couldn't agree more.
Based in Connecticut, eMac Bulldogs has raised six generations of bulldogs, so they've enjoyed the "awooos" of many a puppy, and they share the fun with everyone at home. Naturally, people in the comments section can hardly contain their excitement. One wrote, "How precious...Please do as he says or asks" followed by several heart eye emojis. Another chimed in, "Awww, so adorable and the little noises."
What dogs' vocalizations mean
It's not just puppies that have a lot to say. For instance, we've heard an older English bulldog howl like he's speaking his own language and an adult Griffon with dwarfism love the sound of her own voice. But what do the different types of dog vocalizations mean?
Howling, like Luna's "awoooo," can help dogs communicate with one another, respond to sounds, or get attention. Whining may signal excitement, anxiety, discomfort, or a need for something, while barking can mean anything from "Hi, neighbor" to "I want a snack" or "That bag blowing down the street is an incredible threat to our safety." Context and body language provide clues about what the dog is trying to communicate, so if you're trying to decipher your pup's message, make sure you're keeping a close eye on it.
Ultimately, dogs will find a way to tell you what they want, and so will cats like Eva, who demands to be dragged across the carpet every evening. Some pets have a lot to say, and viewers can't get enough of their adorable demands!
