You Have To See The Cute Rescue Pup George Bush Adopted

The world has seen a softer, often eccentric side of the Former President George W. Bush since his years in office.

...

He’s known for his paintings, specifically a self portrait of himself in the shower, and is even releasing a collection of his portraits of world leaders in February.

He also likes to dress up his pets and have them do human things.

The former president also took another preemptive strike on Election Day, but this time against homeless pets!

Take a look at this dang cute pupper named Freddy.

Freddy was adopted by Former President Bush from the Jan Rees-Jones Animal Care Center in Texas.

“We already love him, and even our cats Bob and Bernadette are finding Freddy’s charm futile to resist,” wrote President Bush in a Facebook post.

Both Former President Bush and the Former First Lady Laura Bush spent the afternoon hanging out with awesome shelter pets.
